I didnt received the hole purchase
I bought a pack of books, but only one arrived. I'm very disappointed and there is no phone number, and they don't respond to the emails.
It was a very bad experience! I won't shop at this store anymore.

Missing a book from order
So, WHERE IS MY BOOK?!
I ordered a bunch of 9 books on February 29 for leap day discounts. I did not monitor my email because I was busy and stoked to finally get my favorite books/author.
I did not realize that this purchase was to be delivered in 2 shipments.
When my second shipment arrived, it arrived torn, and I was missing 1 book from my order.
I did not find a good contact phone number, nor could I easily request help on their website. I wound up at pissedconsumer to seek aid.
I still don't have a solution to this problem. My missing book is the second in a trilogy by my favorite author.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Have not gotten any trashed books since then.
